Direct Sales  Training – Are You Using All of our Resources?

Direct Sales Training is essential to the success of a consultant when they join. When a consultant first joins my team, the first suggestion is to not reinvent the wheel. Too many times, instead of using what their company already provides for them, new consultants waste their time creating documents, flyers, creating training videos for their teams or their customers.  The amazing thing about Direct Sales is that we can check things out before we join, we can see what they provide and we can ask other consultants what their opinion is of the materials that have already been created.

It is important to focus on income producing activities. A consultant needs to building relationships with people so that he or she may fill her calendar or be having sponsoring conversations continuously. We are always trying to improve the materials and training that we provide our consultants.

When you join, you are providing with a plethora of Direct Sales Training. Some of our resources include:

  • Training Materials
  • Training Videos
  • Demonstration Videos
  • Commercials
  • Documents & Forms
  • Advertisements
  • Webinars
  • Supplies
  • Product Videos
  • Party Demonstrations.

The list goes on and on but we continuously see consultants trying to recreate things when they first join. If you don’t take advantage of these materials, you are simply wasting time which ultimately is giving away money.

You can use the company provided materials in many ways.

  • Use the documents for customers and team training
  • Send Private Messages on Facebook containing product videos showing new items.
  • Use the recruiting video in your email signature.
  • Provide links in messages to videos or websites etc.

When it comes to Consultant Training, there are a number of consultants who have You Tube channels that I send my team to all the team. You can check them out. They will have a number of useful short videos that you can use to point you in the right direction and get you going no matter what Direct Sales Business You start.

Subscribe to their channels and you will have another resource to turn to when you are trying to figure something out in your business.

Direct Sales Training is available on every platform and in every space. The key is for you to ask the right questions, use what is given to you and then take action. This business isn’t something that will just happen on its own. It is a real business and it takes work. When you join your home based business, open your start up guide, and read it. Join your sponsors team page and follow along. Request coaching and do everything that your team and up line point you in the direction of. Its all right there. You have the capability to be amazing. You have just got to want it. DO YOU?
